How does it work?

Ensuring greater security and tracking

Double Digital Product:

When scanning the QR code with a mobile device, a “digital twin” of the sealed product is automatically created. This digital replica holds all relevant product information, including seal images, allowing it to be managed and tracked through our cloud platform.

Secure Sealing with Imaging:

By locking your package with our security seal, you ensure its integrity. Before completing the sealing, the application asks to take a photograph of the closed seal. This image is automatically saved alongside the product’s digital double, providing visual proof of the package’s condition at source.

Geolocation and Time Stamp:

Each QR code scan generates a geolocated record and a time stamp. This information is updated in real-time in our cloud backoffice application, providing right data on the location and time of the scan.

Cloud Registration:

All product information, including geolocation data, time stamp and seal images, is securely stored on our cloud platform. This allows users to access a complete history of each package’s journey.

Closing the Traceability Cycle with Visual Verification:

Once the package arrives at its destination, a final scan of the QR code is performed. The application asks to take a new photograph of the sealed seal in its delivery state. This image is added to the digital double of the product, allowing the integrity of the package to be verified later throughout the shipping process.
