Newsletter delivery: legal basis, the user's consent; data collected: first name, surname and email; retention: for as long as necessary and, thereafter, blocked until final deletion in accordance with the legal periods. The user may withdraw consent at any time, although this will prevent the service from being provided.
Disclosure of data to third parties
As a general rule, Retexcycle does not share users' information with third parties. However, access is granted to technology service providers (hosting, email, support) within the European Economic Area under data processing agreements. In addition, the data could be shared with potential acquirers of the business for due diligence purposes, with an obligation of immediate deletion if the transaction does not proceed.
