Introduction

AUGUSTO BELLINI, S.L. ("Retexcycle"), operator of www.retexcycle.com, is committed to protecting users' personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.

Identity of the data controller

Data collected, purposes and retention

Handling enquiries and demo requests: legal basis, the data controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in handling and following up B2B contacts who have expressed interest in our services; data collected: first name, surname, email, phone, company and the content of the enquiry; retention: for the duration of handling the enquiry and the associated sales follow-up, up to a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, after which the data will be blocked until deletion in accordance with the statutory limitation periods for liability.

Commercial communications by email: legal basis, the user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given independently of the handling of their enquiry; data collected: first name, surname and email; retention: for as long as the user does not withdraw consent.

PPWR self-assessment: submitting the form and generating the result are based on the user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when completing and submitting the questionnaire; data collected: first name, surname, company, email, phone (optional) and the answers provided in the questionnaire (country of establishment, number of EU countries where the company markets products, company size, sector, and answers to questions on its situation regarding Regulation (EU) 2025/40). Any sales follow-up Retexcycle may carry out based on that result constitutes a separate and independent purpose, based on the data controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in contacting companies that have shown active interest in their compliance situation; the user may object to this follow-up at any time without affecting the result already provided. The assessment is generated automatically from the answers using predefined rules, and does not constitute an automated individual decision with legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; it is reviewed by the Retexcycle team before any sales follow-up. Retention: a maximum of 24 months from submission of the form, or until the user withdraws consent or requests deletion, whichever occurs first.

Downloading resources (guides, reports and downloadable material): legal basis, the user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) given when requesting the resource; data collected: name, email and, where applicable, company; retention: for as long as the user does not withdraw consent, up to a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction.

Webinar registration: legal basis, the user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) given when registering; data collected: name, email and, where applicable, company and job title; purpose: managing the registration, sending access details and reminders, and any subsequent sales follow-up if the user consents; retention: for as long as the user does not withdraw consent, up to a maximum of 24 months from the date of the webinar.

Newsletter delivery: legal basis: user consent; data collected: first name, last name and email; retention: until the user withdraws consent, after which it is blocked pending deletion according to the legal time limits. The user may withdraw consent at any time, although this will prevent the service from being provided.

The contact, demo, PPWR assessment, resource download, webinar and newsletter forms are managed through HubSpot as data processor, as detailed in the «Disclosure of data to third parties» section.

Disclosure of data to third parties

As a general rule, Retexcycle does not sell or transfer users' information to third parties for its own purposes. However, certain providers access the data as data processors, solely to provide the contracted service and following our instructions:

HubSpot, Inc.: management of web forms, CRM and commercial communications.
Browserless.io: technical generation of the PDF report for the PPWR self-assessment, based on the data and answers provided by the user.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365): sending internal notifications by email.
Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity): analysis of visitor behaviour and interaction on the website.
Web hosting and technical support providers within the European Economic Area.

Where a data processor is located outside the European Economic Area, the international transfer of data is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR. Users may request further information about these safeguards by writing to legal@retexcycle.com.

In addition, the data could be shared with potential acquirers of the business for due diligence purposes, with an obligation of immediate deletion if the transaction does not proceed.

Security and confidentiality

The organization applies technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access to, destruction or alteration of personal data. All staff and collaborators are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Users' rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability by sending an email to legal@retexcycle.com stating "ARCOPOL rights request" and attaching an identity document.

Where processing is based on the data controller's legitimate interest (B2B business contacts and follow-up arising from the PPWR assessment), the user also has the right to object at any time to that processing on grounds relating to their particular situation, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

If you access this website from outside the European Economic Area, additional rights may apply to you under your country's data protection legislation; Retexcycle will handle your request in accordance with the principles set out in this policy.

Minors

This website and Retexcycle's services are aimed at professionals and companies, and are not intended for minors. Retexcycle does not knowingly collect data from minors through this website; if you become aware that a minor has provided us with their data, please contact legal@retexcycle.com so that it can be deleted.

Changes are communicated to users and published on the website.
